Zoe’s career has focused on client-centered program development and curriculum design. She incorporates evaluation and data into her practice with the goal of deepening our collective understandings and connections to individuals and systems. She has been the executive producer of historic public art pieces and large-scale storytelling events in Portland. She believes that art has the power to heal, educate and transform us. She has family members that experienced incarceration and needed the system to have a deeper lens into mental health practices and rehabilitation.
