As a Libyan immigrant fluent in Arabic, Yasmine’s lived experiences and degree in Sociology have shaped her deep understanding of community and meaningful connections. She is committed to making sure everyone feels seen, heard, and appreciated, and she brings these principles into her work—helping organizations create workplaces where employees feel connected to their mission and each other, fostering a sense of belonging that drives real engagement.

As the Founder & CEO of untangleHR, Yasmine partners with nonprofits across California and Oregon to design HR strategies that strengthen teams and culture, and align organizations with their values. Whether she’s reworking pay structures, leading DEIBJ initiatives, or navigating complex workforce challenges, her focus is always on creating environments where employees thrive and organizations stay true to their mission.

When she’s not deep in HR strategy, Yasmine is chasing ocean views along the Oregon coast, saying yes to spontaneous adventures, or gathering good people around great food—always with Laverne, her ever-watchful pup, keeping tabs on the scene.
