Victor Trillo Sr. is a native of California who, beginning in his late teens, was incarcerated for many years as a result of his struggles with addiction. After years of working to break free of that addiction, he succeeded and after his release from prison, he moved to Portland, Oregon where he now lives and works. When his son went to prison, Victor Sr. became one of his fiercest advocates. That advocacy has only continued and grown stronger since Victor Jr.’s release and move to Portland.
