Tiffany Atkinson

Director of Community Corrections Programs

Since joining the agency in 2021 as a Lead Peer Support Specialist in Jackson County, Tiffany has occupied many roles within the agency leading up to her role as Director of Community Corrections Programs, through hard work, commitment, and a growth mindset. She is dedicated to empowering system-impacted individuals and their families, overseeing programs and initiatives across the state that foster hope within whole communities. Her focus is on ensuring programs delivered in the community, alongside community corrections partners and other partners, thrive and are impactful. One of her passions is supporting peer delivered programs and efforts where those with lived experience are leading. She excels in building relationships with community and system partners creating opportunities to advance the important work of TPN and serve our communities. Tiffany is a member of the agency’s Equity Team and participates in Employee Resource Groups (ERG’s).

With her lived experience navigating the justice system and a journey of recovery from substance use, Tiffany understands the challenges faced by those we serve. Her mission is to create inclusive spaces where everyone feels they belong. She embodies a relational leadership style that values collaboration and actively encourages play in the workplace to foster creativity and connection. Tiffany strives to bring positive energy to all interactions, believing that a smile can make a significant difference in someone’s day.

Outside of her professional life, Tiffany cherishes time spent with family, enjoys diving into books, and loves cooking. Connecting with people is at the heart of what she does.  She is committed to making a lasting impact in the community.
