Lara Krumm

Director of Corrections Programs

Lara joined the Pathfinder Network in May 2013 as a Case Manager for the L.I.F.T. treatment program at Coffee Creek Correctional Facility. She has held several positions throughout her time with TPN including, Clinical Supervisor and Gender Responsive Program Manager for the Program of HOPE and as Senior Programs Manager with our Corrections and Community Corrections programs. Prior to her time at TPN, Lara worked in the Behavioral Health field as an addictions counselor for both corrections and community corrections programs for 8 years.

Lara was drawn to this field in 2005 through her own lived experience and a strong belief that miracles are possible and second chances are necessary. In all her roles within the agency, Lara strives to provide an equitable, collaborative and supportive environment that will empower staff to advocate for what they need in order to develop and prosper in their roles.

When not working, Lara enjoys spending time with her family, her furry babies, reading, crocheting, and fishing with her husband. “Family is incredibly important to me and I am filled with happiness every minute I spend with them.”
