Jennifer Birstein

Writer, Artist, and Actor

Jennifer Birstein (aka Blessing) is a graduate of El Camino Real Charter High School in Woodland Hills, California where she was the creative director of POPS the Club, run by a nonprofit that supports children and other loved ones of the incarcerated. She is the daughter of a mother who struggles with addiction and has spent most of Jenny’s life in and out of prison. Jenny is a talented writer, artist, and actor, currently working and studying. She has published and performed her poetry that appear in several POPS anthologies and is currently writing her first poetry book and launching her first business which you can find on Instagram @bless_and_heal.
