Julian Izaguirre

Julian Izaguirre graduated from Venice High School in Los Angeles where he was a member of a club for youth whose lives are impacted by incarceration, POPS the Club. He grew up with a father in and out of prison and in a community where he knew many people who were incarcerated. He is an artist and is currently working in a tattoo shop as an apprentice. He continues to create artwork and essays that are published in the annual POPS the Club anthologies and elsewhere.
